Animals stopped train - Chinatsu Abe & Saika Nakayama

 



A train was delayed from arriving on time because some animals pushed an emergency button. On the 3rd March, some dogs, cats and raccoon dogs were at a railroad crossing. They were playing and enjoying this time, so they couldn’t see around them. They pushed an emergency button by mistake and the train suddenly stopped on the railroad. Train staff visited there in a hurry and found the animals playing. ‘What are you doing here?’ said the staff. They didn’t answer the question and continued playing. The staff got to know there were no problems with the train, so they made the train restart. The train was delayed from arriving on time.

    This story was feeling a relax and comfortable, heartwarming for me.
    Is this a true story?

    If this accident happed, especially public transportation systems in Niigata have not function poorly, and many of user will be confused immediately.

    But, this story is relationship animals and human, I think.
    I respect you and hope that doing well for both from now and so on.

    I'd like to see a parade of animals! Watching animals crossing the railroad will make me happy because they must be so cute, but if I am taking the train or waiting for the train and get some influence like much delay, I can't enjoy watching them.

Hi, my name is David Woodfield. I live in Dunedin, NZ, together with my wife, Patricia, our dog, Neo, and our daughter’s cat, Beetlejuice. I’m teaching this course in fulfilment of my duties as a teacher at the University of Otago. My likes include reading, watching TV and walking. I like reading books about faith, art & society.
