KAHO KOBAYASHI

 Hello!

I’m Kaho Kobayashi. I’m a 1st year student in Niigata University. I come from Niigata in Japan and that is where I live. I major in education and Japanese linguistics.

I took part in this program to improve my English skill. This is because my listening and speaking skills are not so high. I want to be able to speak English more fluently and confidently. I want to develop my English skills as much as possible at this program.

My favorite food is cookies, chocolate and sushi. I like anything sweet. I have a sweet tooth. I also make sweets by myself. I like spicy food too, but I don’t like sour food. When I have free time, I often read books. I read at least 50 book every year. I like mystery novels especially. I’m working at supermarket at a part time job. I enjoy working with people of various ages. I like to go camping. I usually go camping with my family and my friends during summer. I go hiking in the mountains and have a campfire. It’s best to relax in nature. This picture was taken when I made s’more. It consists of one or more toasted marshmallows and a layer of chocolate sandwiched between two pieces of graham cracker.

I will challenge myself to anything I want to do. I think this is my good point. I will keep trying.I often forgot something. This is my bad point. I have left my wallet in the train once. It returned to me, but I got chill.

Nice to meet you!

  5. Your love of sweet snacks & hiking are a nice fit because sweet snacks never taste better than after an hour or two hiking on the trail. My favourite hiking snack is scroggin, a mixture of sultanas, dates, almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds and chocolate I mix up at home before hitting the trail.
So what hike are you planning to take on next? David :-)

In addition to it, you love camping and hiking, and lots of sweets too.
Exactly, the nature makes you so happy and so relax in the fresh air.

So, when you go to mountain or river, many insects are there.
I do not exceptionally good at insects, but are you okay ?

    Nozomi☺
